Society around us, with all its mass media messaging, is forming people to live self-centered lives of consumption. Jesus, however, frees us from this futile search for happiness to experience the joy of giving ourselves away in generosity to serve others, just as Jesus gave himself for us.
Join us this Sunday as we continue our series, The Joy of Following Jesus, with the message, "The Joy of Living in Generosity," based on 2 Corinthians 8:1-9; 9:5-11. The other Scripture readings are from Ecclesiastes 5:10-20 and Matthew 25:14-30.
