Lakeshore e-News

Sundays in the summer, beginning with Memorial Day weekend (May 28th), we will be having one 10 AM worship service. Labor Day weekend (September 3rd) will be our final summer service at 10 AM. Fall/Winter/Spring schedule will return on September 10th with two services at 9 AM and 10:45 AM. Please contact our office if you have any questions at 616-846-8556.

When He ascended to heaven, Jesus was seated on His throne to reign as King. Do you realize that we as believers are also seated with Jesus on heaven's throne? If that's so, what does this mean for the way we live and pray each day? This Sunday we continue our series, Your Divine Heavenly Status, with the message, "Reigning with Jesus on the Throne!" based on Psalm 8 and Ephesians 2:1-10.

Celebrate Dan Bush's 70th Birthday!
Join us on Sunday, July 2nd as we worship at Pomona Park in Fruitport at 10 AM. We will take "Lakeshore Fellowship" to the community that day, and share our morning with them. More details to come, but plan to bring your lawn chair and attend service outside that morning!
Thank you all for attending last Sunday's GMB Elections meeting. Our newly elected GMB members are Hilda Albright, Cliff Cook, Mike Krause, Anne Kruger, and Tom Spelman. Congratulations to our newest members!

Please help support them by bringing specific recycling from home to Lakeshore! In the back area of our parking lot you will notice a large Green “Paper Gator” bin. We are encouraging you to bring your unwanted newsprint, catalogs, magazines, regular paper, junk mail, telephone books, as well as hard and soft cover books. These items are then re-purposed for cat litter, hydro-seeding mulch, and small animal bedding. Please note, this bin does not accept any plastic, metal, glass, cardboard or paperboard (cereal box material). We will continue to recycle those “other” products in our blue bin located in the kitchen. Tell your friends they are welcome to use it! Thank you for your support of this program!
Our office is collecting your empty ink cartridges and recycling them for savings at a local store. Please help us defray the cost office supplies. Bring in your empty cartridges and give them to the person behind the Information Center. (There will be a container under the counter for them to place them in.) Thank you all for this support!! Any questions, please contact our office at 616-846-8556.
