Lakeshore is beginning plans for a Yard Sale this coming spring. Please consider any donations you may have to be saved for this event. Our tentative sale date is May 8 & 9. (Donations will be accepted closer to then.) We will be posting more information soon. We are also looking for a few people to be on a team to organize and facilitate this event. Let us know if you want to be part of that team.
Our 2nd Annual Golf Outing date has been set for May 17, 2020 at Pigeon Creek Golf Course. Please mark your calendars! More details to come. Any questions, please see Jack or Kathy DeGelder.
Supper House of Muskegon has been blessed by our service to them and they would like to bless us with a catered meal! Whether you have served at Supper House or not, mark your calendar for Saturday, February 22nd anytime from 1-6 pm. Supper House will be including 30 other churches as well as Lakeshore. This will be a wonderful event to meet the staff and visit the facility. Maybe you'll want to serve in the future? Any questions, contact our church office at 616-846-8556.

Connect Lunch will be on Sunday, February 9th after service. Connect Lunch is a time where we can review the message in small group discussions and enjoy lunch together. Free will offering will be taken. We hope you can join us!

Each week there will be a new theme for the Lakeshore family to focus on in our prayers. We would like to cultivate a deeper environment and practice of prayer at Lakeshore Fellowship. In our daily prayers with others and individually, let us include the following theme throughout the coming week, along with praying for the needs of those on Lakeshore’s prayer list.

Pray for the Spirit to give the Lakeshore Family in this New Year a clearer 20/20 vision of Jesus as our Lord and King and how we can follow Him each day.

“As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen. ‘Come, follow me,’ Jesus said, ‘and I will send you out to fish for people.’ At once they left their nets and follow him.”  Mark 1:1-18

You will harvest what you plant. That's not only true for farming, but also for our spiritual life. Or to put it negatively: garbage in, garbage out. So, what are you planting and cultivating in your mind and heart each day? This Sunday we continue our series The King is Here! with the message titled "Grow in the Word of God" based on Mark 4:1-34.
