True Happiness

Written by
A happy life. Everyone wants one. But what does it mean to truly live a happy and blessed life?
Either we will follow how the world defines happiness or we will receive the true happiness that God gives us in Jesus.
This Sunday in the Epiphany season, we continue our series, The Reign of King Jesus is Here, with the message "True Happiness" based on Matthew 5:1-20.

Resist Temptation with the Word

Written by
Faithfully living each day as children of God is not easy. We face temptations all around us in this world. Like flaming arrows aimed and shot at us, the devil provokes our physical desires as he seeks to turn us away from following Jesus. We're in a daily spiritual battle and we need the Lord's protection. On this 3rd Sunday in Epiphany, we continue our series, The Reign of King Jesus is Here, with the message, "Resist Temptation with the Word" based on Matthew 4:1-11.

Live in Your Baptismal Identity

Written by
Do you know who you are? Do you know your identity? Knowing who we are is key to how we live each day and whether we live with confidence and joy, or with frustration and unhappiness.
On this 2nd Sunday in Epiphany, we will be looking at the baptism of Jesus in Matthew 3:1-17. But what does His baptism and our baptism have to say about our identity? Everything!
Find out in our message, "Live in Your Baptismal Identity."

Follow the Light in the Darkness

Written by
A new season in the church year begins this Sunday called Epiphany. This word means "revealing" or "manifestation." We follow how God revealed the light of His glory in the life and ministry of Jesus the Christ for those lost in the darkness of this world.
Our new series titled The Reign of King Jesus is Here begins with the epiphany of God's glory by a bright star that led a group of wise men to the child Jesus.
The message, "Follow the Light in the Darkness" is based on Isaiah 60:1-6, 19-21; Matthew 2:1-12.
