Nursery

Our Nursery is staffed on Sunday mornings. The room is also open for parents to change diapers or to have a place to nurse while still being able to listen to the sermon via the in-room speaker system. Kidz Connection

Kidz Connection meets Sundays for PK-4th grade following praise songs. Kids should attend worship until the songs are done, then Pastor will release them to join in the ARK for Kidz Connection. (Activity bags will still be available for kids that want to stay in worship with their families.)

Save the Dates

Sunday, October 20th from 5-7 pm we will celebrate Lakeshore Lutheran Fellowship's 30th Anniversary of worshipping in this building (at 16790 Van Wagoner Road, Spring Lake, MI)! More details will be coming, but please mark your calendars now for this fun celebration!!

Please also save the date for a special LCMS local area Lutheran churches as they gather for a unifying event, "Joining Jesus Together" on Sunday, September 22nd 2-5 pm. Location will be announced soon. 

Both of these events will be focused to have Family Fun Together!

KIDZ KAMP coming this summer!!!

Mark your calendars and invite your friends for Lakeshore Lutheran's weekly summer KIDZ KAMP!! This years theme will be Animal Safari: Take a Wild Adventure Through the Bible.  Kids ages PK thru 4th Grade are welcome to join us on Wednesdays from 11am-1pm. This is a FREE program and includes lunch, games, Bible lesson, crafts and FUN! KIDZ KAMP will run weekly from June 19 thru August 14. We can't wait to see you there!

CREW Breakfast Club

High School Breakfast Club meets every Sunday at 9:15 am! All high schoolers AND COLLEGE STUDENTS welcome to join us in the Youth Room! Questions, see Shannon Johnson.  

Women's Fellowship Hour

Women’s Fellowship Hour is open to all women on Wednesdays in the Prayer Room at 1 pm. Come spend time together in community with other Christian women to support each other and to pray. Men's Huddle

Every Thursday morning from 8:30-9:30 am, a great group of guys meet for a time of coffee, fellowship, prayer and projects. They make sure the baptismal font is filled, the candles are set for Sunday, chairs/tables are managed as needed and various other small tasks. Once completed, they meet for a time of fellowship and prayer. This group is open for any man that would like to join. Any questions, please connect with Randy Deater at 616-402-5248.

Men's Prayer Breakfast and Bible Study

Meets every second Saturday of the month in the Atrium. Come anytime between 7–7:30 am for breakfast and then 7:30-8:30 am is the study & prayer time. All men are welcome to join May 11th! Any questions, please call Randy Deater at 616-402-5248.

 

Serve

Spring Clean-up at Lakeshore Lutheran Fellowship

Mark your calendars, pack your work-gloves, rakes, weeding-baskets and join our PROPERTY SPRING CLEAN-UP! Saturday, May 11th from 8:30 am until lunchtime. We have multiple projects to be worked on. Our short list includes; spreading mulch, tearing out a few plants, planting new bushes/plants, seeding grass areas, pulling weeds, general cleaning around the outside of the building, etc. 

A wonderful lunch will be provided, compliments of a Thrivent grant.

Supper House

On the second Monday of each month the members of Lakeshore Lutheran Fellowship provide volunteers and funding to feed hungry guests at Supper House located in Muskegon Heights. To support this mission or to serve, please call Randy Deater at 616-402-5248.

Household Necessity Pantry

The remaining Household Necessities Pantry (HNP) giveaways in 2024 will be on Saturdays; June 8, August 10, October 12 and December 14 at 9-9:30 am.
The HNP giveaways help our local community that is in need of personal care items. If you would like to donate toward this much needed outreach, please bring in any of the following items: Shampoo, Conditioner, Liquid Dish Soap, Toothpaste, Laundry Detergent (50+ oz liquid), Spray-Household Cleaner, Deodorant, Toilet Paper (6 pack) & Trash Bags (13 gallon), Bar soap and Toothbrushes

Inventory needs are listed at the Information Center or call the church office.

Movie Event

There have been various Christian films produced and distributed to area movie houses lately. An upcoming movie that looks promising is "Unsung Hero". This could make for a nice date night or community group outing. Check area listings for show times and dates. 

Unity Festival - Discounted Ticket Pre-Sales

NOW thru May 31st, we will offer discounted tickets and passes for the annual Unity Festival that takes place in downtown Muskegon, August 8-10, 2024. Discounted church tickets are as follows...1-Day pass $40 per person, 3-Day pass $75 per person. We also don't charge processing fees!
